Kevin Cole is a luxury home builder and project manager with more than a decade of experience delivering exceptional residential projects throughout Southern California. As a partner at Homage Development Group, Kevin has successfully overseen the construction of more than 25 high-end homes and developments with a combined value exceeding $100 million, managing every phase of the building process from concept to completion.
Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to craftsmanship, Kevin works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled trades to bring each client’s vision to life. His expertise spans custom estates, luxury remodels, and complex residential developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Co-Founder
Supra Verma is Co-Founder of Homage Development Group, where he leads the firm’s strategic, financial, and operational oversight.
Supra approaches residential development with the mindset of a disciplined developer and long-term steward of capital. His role focuses on ensuring that each project is executed with rigorous financial management, careful risk oversight, and exceptional organizational discipline. From project planning and insurance structuring to vendor coordination and construction oversight, Supra ensures that every Homage project is managed with clarity, transparency, and precision.
Prior to co-founding Homage Development Group, Supra built his career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, where he worked in clinical development and complex project leadership. Managing large-scale, highly regulated initiatives required meticulous attention to detail and structured decision-making—an approach that continues to inform how Homage executes its residential developments today.
Supra lives in Southern California with his wife and three children and believes that exceptional homes are ultimately about creating spaces where families gather, connect, and build lasting memories.
Valerie Verma
Co-Founder
Valerie Verma is Co-Founder of Homage Development Group and oversees the business operations and financial management of the firm’s projects.
After earning her degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Valerie went on to manage and grow a family manufacturing business, where she gained extensive experience in operations, financial management, and organizational leadership.
At Homage Development Group, Valerie ensures that each project is executed with disciplined business practices—from budgeting and financial oversight to project administration and vendor coordination. Her focus is on ensuring that every home is delivered with the operational rigor, transparency, and accountability that clients expect when undertaking a significant residential investment.
Valerie is passionate about creating homes that balance thoughtful design with practical functionality for modern families. She lives in Southern California with her husband and their three children and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.
